From nasty to work fancy.

I am going to be extremely brave and post a pic with no make up on what so ever. Don't be scared now.
This is 5 a.m post workout. Not so glam and far from fancy.
First is first apply a light weight tinted moisturizer.
Little concealer and brightener can help get that fresh " I am alive" face.
I am currently in love with Benefits: Confession of a Concealaholic.
It has everything you need to cover up those red dark puffy tired eyes.
Next lightly brushed on some Bare mineral lose powder. I am not happy with their brushes as the hairs fall out constantly. Bummer.
For my cheeks I used NYX's Terra Cotta. I do have to say for the price I pay I am very happy and highly recommend anyone try there products. I have been very happy and pleased.
On my eyes can you guess what I used.
NYX!

EEEK don't be afraid.

Refreshing summer treats.

I am very blessed to have my father in law love gardening. This past weekend he must of picked enough cucumbers and tomatoes to feed a small village or me. After doing the neighborly thing and sharing we still had more than enough. What did I do to help use them up.  Juice and shared; cut up some cucumbers squeezed some fresh garden lemon sprinkled some Mrs. Dash and yum.

Make it easy!

Buy your chicken in family size, divide and freeze til ready.
Make your days as easy as possible when trying to get back into your  workout routines.  Make your goal on a daily basis til you know you are ready for a little more push.
My goal everyday is to get up early, if I can do that excellent for me.  If you make a plan to eat good for breakfast DO IT.  You have to start somewhere.  Make it easy.  (refer to chicken recipes)  Grill a pack of chicken breast and plan your meals around the chicken.  Grilling ahead of time will save you so much time. Time that you can use elsewhere, say maybe 5 minutes for a few lunges or squats.
If you are an a.m gym rat, get your bag ready the night before. On Sunday get your work clothes ready for the week along with your gym stuff. End of each day ditch that smelly clothes for the fresh.
Your number one goal should always be to focus part of your day on YOU. The rest of the day can be for the rest of the world.

Where do you get your energy?

That is an easy one people...Octane. I started drinking Octane about a year ago and love it.  I have tried all the power/energy drinks you can name.  Each one had it's faults, horrible crash, to jittery, bloat, upset stomach and we can not forget the cost. OUCH!
I would never suggest my family to drink something that would harm them in anyway.  I have my dad, step dad broher-in-law,  and sister all drinking it.

If you are looking for a great tasting drink with no fillers to get your day or workouts going check out the website above and let me know what you think.

Please note that I do not get any cut for this. I simply love this product and truely take it on a daily basis.
