Hello, I am Mia.  I am not one to keep things to myself so when a great friend suggest that I share my recipes, make up ideas, fitness pictures and workouts I hesitated.

I will post as much as I can on a daily basis if I can.  If there is something you would like to ask or see just let me know.

  I LOVE to play with make-up. I dont get to apply as I want due to work but I do get to play dress up with my friends.

I enjoy all things girly and what soothes me is my make-up, food and workouts.
