Form Form Form

I am big on this at the gym and outside the gym (read Posture post). The girls I workout with in the gym will tell you I am constantly telling them WATCH YOUR FORM, WATCH THOSE ELBOWS, CONTRACT THOSE ABS!  I see so many people lifting more than they should in the wrong form and wonder why they have injuries.  There are two men in our morning session that are constantly lifting and slamming down the weight.  First, if you can not control what your are lifting and are alone DO NOT LIFT IT and if you know someone and think you can or can not do it have a spotter, someone that can help and spot your weights.
Safety first no matter what you are doing.
